First Annual Ho Xmas Dinner

I used to work with the best bunch of cow0rkers ever and we called ourselves the Ho's. No, the three women here were the original Ho's and I was later brought into the group as a Ho when one of the original Ho's moved on to bigger and better things (no pun intended).



Since I have moved on from the previous place of employment we have tried to have lunch regularly (doesn't happen often enough) and so this year we planned the first Ho Xmas Dinner. The menu was Mexican food with Debbie Ho making two different types of enchiladas, Susan Ho bringing the guac, Cindy Ho supplying rice, pico, and roasted jalepenos, and the Frustrated Ho bringing Mexican Corn Casserole. We had Debbie Ho's daughter present to take the Ho pictures as she is a lot of fun and understands the Ho mentality. Thanks Amanda!
